昨晚，
整晚睡不着...到早上都没有睡，
为了让自己精神点，早上我还特地早早冲凉呢!!
冷到......................................
今天去做工，头痛了一整天...
今天也下了一整天的雨，天气很冷...很冷...
在诊所我也吹了一整天的冷气....
怕冷的我说真的，已经是...."冷了一整天"...!!! (=. = )
放吃时，我去打包杂饭，我还特地去选辣辣的鱿鱼....
（吃了有史以来最贵的午餐 >>>> RM 4.60）我听到价钱都吓到！
在诊所，我自己也泡了热热的巧克力来喝....
头痛 + 冷冷，回到家始终还是发烧了...头很痛很痛...眼睛也好累...
可是我不管几累，到现在的我还是睡不着...
唉.............心情真糟糕。
Em....就写写我今天做工发生的事，和学到的东西吧 :)

负责我们公司安全设备的Mr.Riched也教了"我们如何用灭火器（Fire-Extinguisher）"..

Pull- The first step is to pull the pin ( it usually has the inspection tag attached to it) that prevents the handle from being squeezed.
Aim- The second step is to aim the spray nozzle, or if attached the hose nozzle, at the fire. Aim low at the base of the fire.
Squeeze- The third step is to squeeze the handle to spray the contents. Remember a standard fire-extinguisher has less than 30 seconds of spray time.
Sweep- The final step is to sweep back and forth as you spray the base of the fire.
Class B Fires - flammable liquids such as paraffin, petrol, oil etc.
Class C Fires - flammable gases such as propane, butane, methane et
Class D Fires - metals such as aluminum, magnesium, potassium or sodium.
Class E Fires - electrical appliances such as outlets, circuit breakers, or wiring.
The Types Of Fire Extinguishers
Water Fire Extinguishers
- cheapest and the most widely used fire extinguisher
- works on : A
- not suitable : B, C, D and E fires.
Foam Fire Extinguishers
- filled with foam and are pressurized with nitrogen
- works on : A and B type fires
- not suitable : type E fires that involve electricity.
Dry Powder Fire Extinguishers
- It is pressurized with nitrogen but special powder.
- works on : A, B, C, D
- not suitable : E
( leaves a sticky or corrosive residue that can be damage the surface on which it has been sprayed.)
The CO2 Fire Extinguishers
- Highly pressurized extinguisher contains carbon dioxid
- Do not leave a harmful residue and does not corrode the material it is sprayed on.
- Disadvantage : Has no post fire security..If it is not able to displace enough oxygen, the fire could re-ignite.
- works on : (used to extinguish electrical fires E) B，C
- not suitable : -
Metal Fire Extinguishers
- works on : D only (used at the very initial stage of the fire because metal fires can erupt quickly.)
- not suitable : E

1 .Refraction...（验眼镜度数的过程）
- Objective Ref
- Subjective Ref
2 . 我第一次试用了 Retinoscopy 来照我同事 Angela 的眼睛...
3 . Cycloplegic Refraction
- Most for children. (great ability to vary their accommodation)
- Mostly 7 year old child will go to the eye clinic to do the refraction, because optical shop cant use the Cycloplegic Eye Drops.
- Cycloplegic Eye Drop to temporarily paralyzes/relax the ciliary muscle inside the eye.
- （上网找了些资料）原来Cycloplegic Refraction can be done for Lasik surgery patient to get an accurate and true prescription.
4 . 1st pair of glasses for a child is very Important .
5 . Multi focal lens got 2 types...
- Bifocals
- Trifocals
6 .Transition Glasses - 接触到 UV 会变色的镜子...
7 . Different of Optician and Optometrist.
